Designed for professionals whose postures vary, Chrysalis offers an ergonomic answer that is mobile, stable and intuitive. Its asynchronous mechanism allows the seat and the backrest to be adjusted independently, for a personalized posture, even at height.

At the heart of Chrysalis is the Aporia® ExoBase™, a patented seating design that lets the pelvis and hips remain mobile when sitting. It offers what people like about a Pilates ball — easing of tension, stabilizing micro-movements, gentle engagement of the muscle chains — without its main drawback: instability.

The built-in footrest provides comfortable support in the high position, while the discreet back support helps postural alignment.

Chrysalis adapts to your specific needs with four ExoBase™ versions:

• Standard version: versatile use – continuous support, e.g. for musculoskeletal complaints, low back pain, disc problems, fibromyalgia or cluneal neuralgia.
• Périnée version: central cut-out – e.g. for perineal or pudendal pain, after childbirth, or with endometriosis.
• Coccyx version: rear cut-out – e.g. for pain in the tailbone, sacrum or the cleft between the buttocks (coccydynia).
• Canyon version: continuous center channel – e.g. when pressure is poorly tolerated along a large part of the midline, from the pubic bone to the tailbone.
