Delivery
Metropolitan France: free delivery.
Other European countries (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Hungary…): flat delivery rate of €20 per order.
Current delivery time: 8 to 10 working days from your order. Each APORIA® cushion is prepared and inspected in France before shipping. You receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.
Switzerland: flat delivery rate of €30 per order. For the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries, delivery costs are shown when you order. Outside the European Union (Switzerland included), import duties and taxes may apply on receipt.
30-day trial, satisfied or refunded
You have 30 days from receipt to try your cushion in your real sitting conditions: at the office, in the car, at home. If it does not suit you, you can send it back and get a refund.
- Free returns: return costs are paid by Blue Portance for returns from any European Union country; from a country outside the European Union, they are paid by the customer. Contact us before sending anything back: we will send you the instructions and the return label.
- Refund: in full, to the payment method used for the order, after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- Exchange: you can exchange for another version or another firmness. Returning the original product is free from anywhere in the European Union; shipping the new product is paid by the customer. The product received in exchange comes with a new 15-day trial.
This trial is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under the French Consumer Code.
