Each APORIA\u00ae cushion is prepared and inspected in France before shipping. You receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Switzerland<\/strong>: flat delivery rate of \u20ac30 per order. For the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries, delivery costs are shown when you order. Outside the European Union (Switzerland included), import duties and taxes may apply on receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-30-day-trial-satisfied-or-refunded\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">30-day trial, satisfied or refunded<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have <strong>30 days from receipt<\/strong> to try your cushion in your real sitting conditions: at the office, in the car, at home. If it does not suit you, you can send it back and get a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free returns:<\/strong> return costs are paid by Blue Portance for returns from any European Union country; from a country outside the European Union, they are paid by the customer. Contact us before sending anything back: we will send you the instructions and the return label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refund:<\/strong> in full, to the payment method used for the order, after receipt and inspection of the returned product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exchange:<\/strong> you can exchange for another version or another firmness. Returning the original product is free from anywhere in the European Union; shipping the new product is paid by the customer.
