Contexte et objectifs<\/h2>\n\n      <p>\n        Les fascias constituent un <strong>r\u00e9seau conjonctif continu, vivant et adaptable<\/strong>,\n        organis\u00e9 selon un principe de <strong>tens\u00e9grit\u00e9 fasciale<\/strong>.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <p>\n        Dans les douleurs li\u00e9es \u00e0 la position assise, le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas uniquement local,\n        mais d\u00e9pend de la <strong>capacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9partir et tol\u00e9rer les contraintes dans le temps<\/strong>.\n      <\/p>\n\n      <div class=\"bp-bdc-box bp-bdc-box--soft\">\n        <strong>Point cl\u00e9<\/strong>\n        <p>\n          La douleur peut \u00eatre comprise comme une <strong>perte de tol\u00e9rance m\u00e9canique<\/strong>,\n          li\u00e9e \u00e0 une alt\u00e9ration de la r\u00e9partition des contraintes, de leur dissipation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique\n          et de la variabilit\u00e9 du mouvement.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <!-- 2 -->\n    <section id=\"schema-logique\">\n      <h2>2. Sch\u00e9ma logique<\/h2>\n\n <p>\nLe fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me fascial repose sur trois piliers :\n<strong>structure<\/strong>, <strong>organisation des contraintes<\/strong> et <strong>variabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nLa structure fournit le support mat\u00e9riel du syst\u00e8me. L\u2019organisation des contraintes correspond \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont les forces sont transmises et r\u00e9parties dans le r\u00e9seau fascial. La variabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique conditionne quant \u00e0 elle la capacit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me \u00e0 adapter en permanence cette organisation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nLa r\u00e9gulation des contraintes ne repose pas uniquement sur leur redistribution dans le r\u00e9seau fascial. Elle implique \u00e9galement un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de dissipation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique li\u00e9 au comportement visco\u00e9lastique du tissu (hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis). Lors des cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge, une partie de l\u2019\u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique est convertie en chaleur, contribuant \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation du syst\u00e8me.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nCes deux m\u00e9canismes \u2014 redistribution des contraintes et dissipation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u2014 d\u00e9pendent directement de la variabilit\u00e9 des sollicitations m\u00e9caniques. Les micro-mouvements, en cr\u00e9ant des cycles continus de charge et de d\u00e9charge, permettent de maintenir l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique du syst\u00e8me et d\u2019\u00e9viter la concentration des contraintes.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, l\u2019absence de variabilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique entra\u00eene une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des contraintes dans les m\u00eames zones.
